Purchasing policy

The HRE Purchasing and Suppliers Management Policy is based on the following General Principles, which will be applied to all processes that are carried out when hiring goods and services in HRE:

• Minimise the global cost of the team's purchases, materials and the hiring of services, following strict criteria in terms of ethics and quality, encouraging transparency, competitive concurrence, rotation and non-discrimination.

• Concurrence and competition: depending on the annual added amount to be bought, a minimum amount of offers will be bought.

• Transparency and traceability of the selection process.

• Mutual fulfillment of commitments to the providers.

• The Corporate Social Responsibility criteria set out in HRE will be respected, and the application of the same will be enforced within the Procurement and Supply Chain.
